CYANOTYPE KITS:

WE HAVE BEEN BUSY PREPARING NEW PATTERNS AND KITS FOR YOU TO ENJOY MAKING FROM HOME.

TUNIC PATTERN: 

We will be launching this new kit at Bovey Tracey Contemporary Craft Festival (8th-10th June) aswell as a natural indigo dye kit and some other dress patterns.

This Tunic pattern comes in one size and is simple, versatile and timeless. We plan to make some of these dresses up in our Ikat fabrics, perfect for the Spring. 

INDIA

WE TRAVELED TO INDIAN IN APRIL TO SOURCE NEW MATERIALS AND MEET SOME INSPIRING ARTISANS. HERE ARE SOME PHOTOS, SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT WE GOT UP TO...

We made our own mud resist printed cloth. Dyed with natural indigo (blue dye extracted from plant leaves)

We were lucky to spend a whole day with a group of women working for a cooperative in a slum area. We shared drawings, food and knowlegede of sewing, without many words exchanged.  It was our most memorable day in India and an incredibly rewarding and honest experience we had.
